IMG_20171107_090615_507 My name is Veronica. I am a Raw Food/Plant-based Nutritionist and Chef.

I was born in Ukraine and moved to US when I was a teenager.  I am a certified reiki master and a mom of 4. 

I enjoy making plant-based dishes, clean living, yoga, jogging, research, reading, writing Russian poetry, esoterics, painting, travel, meditation, and spending time with my family.  I love quiet time, being spontaneous, and following the vibes of my soul.  I’ve been intrigued with healthy eating  for years and researched and experimented with different eating theories including paleo, raw vegan, high carb fruit diet, and food combining. Only a few years ago I was a heavy binge eater in deep depression with several health symptoms (heartaches, headaches, achy joints, fatigue, hypothyrodism, and no desire to live). The best thing during those days was sleep, when I could drift away from the meaningless reality. I began with small steps – switching to organic wholesome foods, changing personal care items, and getting rid of toxic household items such as plastics, conventional cleaners, and non-stick cookware, and I have come a long way! I was so passionate about learning more about the raw food diet and sharing it with others, I decided to become a certified raw food nutritionist and chef.  My diet usually consists of lots of fruit, veggies, salads, and cooked foods such as vegetable soups, whole grains, and oatmeal cookies. I believe in ancient wisdom, power of fresh foods, herbs and oils, and interconnection of all living things.

 I love sharing my recipes that are healthy, give energy, and help stay in shape!
